My furnace stopped working this morning. After calling Black Hills Energy, at 5 a.m., and getting the run around and talking to 2 different people and them telling me there is NOTHING that can be done because they do not service my area. Apparently after they did my annual checkup and change the filters on my furnace the company decided they will not service my area. I called Garrhs in Durango and they could/would not be able to help until 5 days from today. YEAH for CAL Steel & Sheet Metal....they came to my rescue. I called at 8 a.m. to see if they could fix the problem. By 10:30 Ben was at my house, fixed the problem, and was gone to save the day for another person. So don't waste your time with people that will not help you go straight to the pros.
